Our story
Incorporated under Cameroonian law, BAJ Services was born from the liberalisation of Cameroon’s downstream petroleum sector, in which it has operated since 2012.
From day one, the company chose to position itself in niche segments of the fuels and mechanical lubricants market, as a provider of very high-quality services.
At BAJ Services, partnership is a genuine culture and a driver for developing know-how.
Milestones
- 2012
BAJ Services is founded following the liberalisation of Cameroon’s downstream petroleum sector.
- 2014
First D1 approval: distribution of the full range of petroleum products (2014-2019).
- 2019
Second D1 distribution approval (2019-2024).
- 2020
First E1 approval: import of petroleum products (2020-2025).
- 2024 – 2025
Third D1 approval (2024-2029) and second E1 approval (2025-2030).
- Today
Service stations, distribution and storage, import, trading and transport: an integrated chain. Planned: D2 (domestic gas), D3 (marine bunkers) and E2 (export) approvals.
